Agreed. Look at Diallo. He was hanging around the first team, little appearances here and there and got a nice goal against Milan in the Europa. Then goes to Rangers and it all goes to shit. Not sure sticking the lad on frozen pitches getting balls launched into his neck by Jock McTavish every week is going to help him develop.
We at least need to be more selective with where these lads go.
A lot of the class of 92 never went on loan. And with us t#@&%! the squad and a new boss, now is as good a time as any to have a look at these lads. Pellistri, Diallo and Garner should all be back and seriously considered for the first team.
