Yeah, he has that thing where it almost looks like he doesn't have control of the ball. The thing about that though is, when things don't come off, you can look a lot worse than players that just do the simple things.

And you rarely get away with it in the Premier League.

3 starts in a row for Uruguay in their World Cup Qualifiers but can’t get a game for struggling Alaves doesn’t really make sense, he looks a decent little player tbh. Looks better than Diallo

Kid's improving. Looked like he'd come on a fair bit last pre-season.
Maybe E10 can do something with him.

We’re too quick to loan players out imo. It can be a good thing, but its not always the best thing. You lose control of their development and there’s a danger they get lost in the periphery. Wouldn’t it be better to see how they fare competing daily against top class players than spotty involvement for no-mark relegation fodder?

Whatever, it appears to have gone from a thing to the thing, an inevitable rite of passage.

Need him and Amad to prove useful ASAP.

Same for Laird, Hannibal, Levitt, Galbraith and Garner. Either useful or sold by 1st September.

Agreed. Look at Diallo. He was hanging around the first team, little appearances here and there and got a nice goal against Milan in the Europa. Then goes to Rangers and it all goes to shit. Not sure sticking the lad on frozen pitches getting balls launched into his neck by Jock McTavish every week is going to help him develop.

We at least need to be more selective with where these lads go.

A lot of the class of 92 never went on loan. And with us t#@&%! the squad and a new boss, now is as good a time as any to have a look at these lads. Pellistri, Diallo and Garner should all be back and seriously considered for the first team.

He did alright at Rangers tbh. Once they managed to get him fit.

There are so many variables you lose control over. Garner may end up being a very valuable player for us, but that shouldn’t depend on the good fortune of Cooper becoming their new manager rather than some Warnock type who has no time for kids.

Looks like he’s bulked up a bit. He looks handy tbh. No worse than Elanga anyway

Loan to championship. These foreign loans are a joke and never sure what they are meant to achieve. Certainly isn't adapting to the game here.
