rojo is entertaining, but I would never play him in a game that mattered in any position.

we need a 3-man midfield. not a 2-man midfield, in which one doesn't even have any defensive discipline.

we have got players. they're not great, but give them a chance to help each other. I'd like to see garner play, even in a baptism of fire game. I would also play matic, obvs. but we have plenty of players who can play midfield - not just jobbing defenders. I'd rather play dalot, tuanzers or young in midfield than fred, though.

what I don't want to see is the usual midfield of #10s. we do not have room in the side for mata, lingard and pereira, for example.

balance. that's what matters.

and, if you are just going to make up shit about playing rojo in midfield, just remember that 2015 valencia and the da silvas would walk into our team right now.
