Goals for 2019?

I finished the year 15% down on cycling power, and quite a few kg up. Understandable given the circumstances

Back on the horse though. Mostly doing endurance/cardio for the next few weeks to get everything firing again, then do some leg work. Start the healthy eating again, but still enjoy cheat days and a few beers at the weekend

Despite everything I did manage my first race on Boxing Day at the sprightly age of 41 and loved it, so looking to do more hill climbs this year, plus some 10 mile time trials

Enjoy this photo of me concentrating on not throwing up my xmas dinner whilst giving it maximum effort

Cutting out drinking at home, strictly just social functions/going out. Also doing that 10,000 steps a day thing. Did 12,000 yesterday with a shocking hangover, killed
me
Well done btw Hopkins

Haven't let up over Christmas to be honest. Every year I always have the break but hate the 2 week struggle to get back to pre Xmas fitness so I just kept it at this year. Honestly don't regret it as I still ate fucking loads and drank my fill.
