And West Ham are capable of that sort of outlay aren't they?

Complete shite imo.

All 0f it.

Why would West Ham agree to such a clause in the first place knowing he'd be useless to their premiership campaign?

Real shame.

player i have liked from afar for a while. ok, so he has a very definite role but in certain formations/styles this very effective. only time will tell with his career as he's only 22. Seems more suited to Serie A than england though.

The exception to the rule stuff is typical of that club.

also, from i've seen he is better than Fletch!!!

As soon as he signs for those @#%&!s he is forever tarnished.

Liverpool will strengthen their squad by signing him. We have Scholes and carrick, no competition for places, no cover for injury, and when one of them is playing poorly we do not have an option on the bench who will not weaken the team.

Alonso + Sissoko + Maschareno = Gerrard Right wing.

when you consider the other 3 arent exactly mobile enough to hit the flanks.

Mascherano is a world-class player who isn't being given a chance by some prejudice moron of a manager who prefers hugely inferior players at a shit club like West Ham. As a response, Mascherano suggests that it might be best if he moves on to another club.

On the other hand, Owen Hargreaves is at one of the biggest clubs in the world, guaranteed a good amount of appearances, respected by all within the club. Yet as soon as United show an interest he disrespects everyone at Bayern and tries desperately to force a move.

And Mascherano is the one with the 'attitude problem.'

From staring at the World Cup to Hayden Mullins' understudy? He's acted like a saint.

Very good post.

Anyone calling him a failure based on his performances at West Ham is an idiot. He's only started about 5 times, and considering the mess that club is in its no suprise he hasn't shone there. Anyone who watched the World Cup can see the kind of ability he has. No better than Fletch? £#%&!ing laughable.

thats all you need to say mate.

most on here seem to think only buy english which imo is stupid.

hargreaves is a trier where as javier is a world class talent already.

a player who imo isnt just a defensive midfielder, people just assume he is one due to his tendancy to always just play it safe...

What is he then if not a defensive midfielder? I like the player but have only seen him with Argentina and the few glimpses i did see with West Ham. Evidence?

EDIT: sorry not sure how that came out but i know the post i've bolded is Violater's...
