Talk of it being announced tomorrow, 7/7/CR7

Reckon he'd rather do it World Cup final night. Overshadow the tournament.

Needs 291 goals to become Juve's all time top scorer.

5 seasons should be enough

Ludicrous that we aren't signing him or at least trying to.

Because he would £#%&!ing improve us that’s why?

What else shall we do? Continue to play mata on the right and out of position so our 4 other left sliders can battle for that position

We need to be looking at the next wave of top players and not become a retirement home.

As good as ronaldo still is he will only go on the decline plus pick up more injuries as he gets older

But he is still an exceptional player, worth a punt if the possibility arises IMO (not that it will of course)

He's old but he is literally ranked best player in the world and has another few good years in him. Bit weird to be turning our noses up at that tbh.

Anyone else in the top 5 and probably top 10 of the balon dor is costing £100+m these days.

Ronaldo and Lukaku as a front two would be very exciting for a few years!

If we don't bid for him and end up signing Arnautovic or £#%&!ing Shaqiri, we deserve everything we get next season.

It's an absolute no brainer. Don't think he would want to play for Mourinho though which I can't blame him for.

Common sense pal.

Why would he want to come and right back?
