im not actually complaining about the price. im sure at £475 mine is the cheapest in the league.

the problem is the principle of being told which games i HAVE to go to.

Ferguson is now 100% part of the big fat money eating machine. He has no respect for united fans, he's completely out of touch with the realities of going to work and struggling to pay a mortgage etc.

I'm not sure whats worse with him; betraying united fans or betraying his own socialist values.

He could have easily said to the glazers 'look i'll manage the team and do my best to make sure the team is a success but i dont want to be involved in any of the business side of things - i just want to concentrate on the football side and nothing else'

instead he has become a fully fledged member of their spin team, doing his best to push the glazers agenda on for them just because it makes his life easier than the PLC did. As a football manager he's a legend, but i dont have much time for the man anymore.
