Easy to blame west ham and andy cole on that final day...

but the reality is we'd already fucked it by drawing 0-0 at home to Spurs, Leeds and Chelsea in the month leading up to it.

I asked recently, wasn't it that Chelsea game where we were denied one of the most nailed on penalties EVER??
