Respectfully disagree about saying we should have seen more after about 180 mins game time. He's young, huge price tag, joining the biggest club in the world from a tinpot club (with dortmund in between)

Hopefully the noise around Ronaldo will mean he's less under the spotlight

Apologies - still super emotional.

1 can and I am super giddy.

About to reread thread but I’m sure some of the sages on here have already said it, Shaw and Maguire were immense today but Varane……I haven’t seen his stats yet but I thought he was magnificent.

We have a hell of a first team.

As for Sancho, those yellow boots need to go.

In Manchester at a restaurant. Got chatting to the bloke on the next table and it turns out that he’s the Portuguese rep/trainer for Dalot and helps out with Ronnie and Bruno.

Interesting chat. He didn’t rate Ole. Motwyw.

Ole not giving Dalot a chance, so his rep badmouths him. Shocking. Up there with expecting No Fun to approve of Boris.

Is that the same Merson who said when we signed him he wouldn't score as many goals this season as he usually does because of his age, then today before the game when reminded since that statement he broke the international goal scoring record that he would only score for United if we crossed the ball better, as he relied on great wingers to provide assists for him and we don't have any?

Its not like I said a lot more, just a bit more. Flashes of danger etc....

Anyway I think he'll be class so its a bit moot.
