TBH, I think we'll be different against a better side. We just had to get through tonight.

If Saha isn't back it's hard to see us beating anyone, considering Rooney's continued insistence on being utterly shit in the Champions League.

Don't wager your motgage on it mate

We need to approach the games in the same manner as the league games, which we're obviously not doing

All of them.

We always have a bad patch in a season it's usually Sept/Oct.

This year it's been Feb/March (but we kept winning), we'll kick on again.

Trust me.

Is he insisting on being played where he is?

Vio, it was shite, all I meant was against a bigger team we will up the tempo.

At the end of the day, we know if we played OUR way we could comfortably beat a lot of those teams, on form we're the best, but he'll play Rooney full back, completely wasting him.

You're right, we've just been pulling the old 'roper doper' for the last 5 years.

They're all falling into our trap.

Just wait.

i dont know mate..
i think it will put too much of a strain on our 7 months of good work in the league..

i pray we get a easy team like psv a no hassle away trip with a relatively average side.

TBH, I'm not arsed, the title is the big one this season, it's vital. It's all the more reason to go out, enjoy it and play our game and see where it get's us and we'd be a lot better. I'd bet we'd do much better doing that than playing this cautious system.

Nope. Only Navarro has been charged on their side and he isn't a regular.

If Utd play their game they are capable of beating anyone. If we play as we do in Europe we can lose to anyone.

Fergie has no faith in a Carrick/Scholes midfield being able to stand up to quality opponents and compete with them on equal terms, so he handicaps the side to hide this liability and ends up causing a bigger problem elsewhere. Utd may as well go out with a bang than a whimper.

valencia are one of those teams who will come to ot and humiliate us imo.

not so much by scoring but keeping the ball.

I agree. Valencia would not be a good draw for United.
