Thumbs up Sergio Reguilón - Welcome to Manchester

No links to ETH as far as I can see but very happy with this one.

Great 'emergency' loan imo.

Good player, should have bought him a couple of years ago.

Heard the name, never noticed him. Spurs seem keen to get rid.

He’s shite. If it means we get Amrabat, then ok.

He’s absolutely £#%&!. Bombed out of Spurs, played 300 minutes in the whole of last season.

I’d honestly forgotten he existed until he was linked with us this morning.

I can't even believe we're at the stage now where our recruitment has been so half-arsed and negligent we're trying to paint loaning a bloke who isn't good enough for £#%&!ing Spurs as some sort of positive.

We are such a £#%&!ing mess.

As a temp option, someone that's considered good enough to play for Spain, Real Madrid & Atleti he's fine. He cost Spurs £32m

Once Shaw is available he's bombed out.

Probably back-up for Dalot regardless.

It's just cover.

He obviously has mental issues so he should fit in fine with our malingerers.

It's a short team loan pal.

I thought we should've signed him when Spurs first did but he's completely lost his way since.

He’s going to have to play. That’s the problem.

A left back playing at left back is the least of our worries. He isn't as good as Luke Shaw but could've been a lot worse given the circumstances.

I’m inclined to actually agree with windy on this one. We need someone to fill in while both our left backs are out, and we’re hardly going to be able to get a top fullback on a short term loan. Nothing really wrong with this imo.

It’s the other transfers that I find concerning.

I think you're being a bit hysterical. He will be fine.

He'll be the least of our worries so long as he's fit & gets at least a little bit of time to settle in.

Certainly wouldn't be playing him against Saka for example but then would you want Dalot there?

Get Amrabat & sort the midfield first, get big Rassie on the pitch & see how we go.

Not being hysterical, just calling it what it is.
