Does he mean Ole's vision of competing with Everton?

Ole’s vision is to rebuild the team to the required standard and culture over the next 3 seasons.

Happy to help.

His championing of Young and Mata, new contracts for Smalling, Jones etc gives me doubts about that standard

Yes, clearly, unless you insist on being negative about absolutely everything United-related

Even if the players themselves don’t tickle your willy, surely you’d admit that we’re showing intention towards an actual strategy at least.

The worry is that they won’t have the balls to stay committed to it while the young lads continue to develop. Chances are a few dodgy or naive performances will have #@&%!s screaming for us to sign marquee @#%&!s and the club panicking again.

There are likely to be more misses than hits with these signings but they will hopefully have the right attitude with the potential to turn in to even better players.

I used to want the Falcao's and Di Maria's but i'm quite happy with this new direction.

It doesn't matter which profile we target pal. I suspect we don't actually scout them anyway
