Still hurt that we missed out on him because Moyes thought Fabregas was the better option, even though he probably hasn't fulfilled his potential.

Wouldn't want to see him playing for them under any circumstances, especially since it's exactly the kind of player they are missing.

The only player under the age of 26 in their first 11 is Alexander Arnold. Mane is 28, Henderson is 30, Wijnaldum is 30 this year, even Van Dijk is 28.

And yeah you're right they've got another 2-3 years I reckon of playing at a high level...

He's quality, 1 year on his deal in a Covid world... he should realistically cost about £10m but we'll pay twice that. Better than anyone else bar Bruno & Pogba we have in midfield, would be happy so long as his legs don't fall off.
