For the last 2 games we've played well in large parts, but if you create 200 chances and only convert 2 penalties, whilst defending like fannies, you are likely to come unstuck!

2 pens scored in 2 games.

Tells me we need to look at ourselves. That’s shite v the 2 sides we faced.

We miss far too many chances, sooner or later it was going to come back to bite us.

Think I just realised why we need Sancho.

But we played so good stuff and we’re completely ducked by the end.

3rd, 3 semis, most clean sheets in Europe’s top 5 leagues, rashford and martial getting 20+ goals for the first time(?)... there are a load of positives from the season and Ole has shown he’s the right man to trust with the rebuild, so hopefully the board give the bloke a chance by backing him.
Pretty much that.

missed a lot of chances, didn't show a lot of nous, gave away two very soft goals. it's the way we used to play in europe. really should have a bit more to us than that. we were playing a team that weren't as good at football as we are, but are much better at knowing how to win games.

we deserved to lose just for williams's dive.

Bloody shame that, because it's a game we never should have lost...

...but boy do we look tired.

Hurts, but hard to be too critical. If we had got battered, fair enough, but we dominated for large parts against a very good and experienced team.

This is not an easy competition to win and I never bought this notion we could just turn up and win it.

We've come a long way and you can see the progress when we're taking it to good teams, but you can see how far we have to go too.

One game too many tonight, that still should and could have gone our way.

We got 3rd in the weirdest of circumstances and an unprecedented glut of games.

Much to be positive about for next season with a young exciting team that will continue to improve.

A much needed rest now.

Yeah, the gimps might have used winning a trophy as an excuse for not spending so much.

Oh well.

Defence is a shambles still, but thank god the season is over.

Yep. That's pretty much what people have wanted to see in terms of progress. No surprise we came up short.

Need fresh blood asap.

How the £#%&! did we lose that.

Stop wasting the summer on Sancho and buy a top class CB. Linda is grotesque

We’re nowhere near the level we’d like to be.

Gave that game away through terrible decisions, poor poor execution and an awful game from the manager. Our fitness levels are really worrying too. Rashford blowing out of hus ass last game, Williams this game.

Mate, you’re talking absolute %@#$&!s.

Pointless discussing it further with you.
