Agreed. It was physically impossible to string a few passes around between their midfield and defence. Which says how dreadful Ronaldo, Giggs, Nani and Scholes were, two of which are actually quite decent passers of the ball.

Tevez never had a chance given the ball he was asked to deal with and the utter absence of support he was given. I saying he played well it was more he worked his arse up and never gave up despite this.

Stayed near the airport, but commuted to the Nehru centre downtown.
