CCTV footage of an alleged street dispute involving Liverpool FC skipper Steven Gerrard will be played in court at the trial of a policewoman accused of obtaining it unlawfully.

The Gerrards and the player’s close pal Lee McPartland are named in civil action legal papers lodged at London’s High Court.

A man named Paul Alan Lloyd is thought to be seeking damages from them in connection with the incident.

I hope every club next season plays Born Slippy as they leave the tunnel. Imagine the scenes.
