Centre mid. Obviously.

A centre midfielder solves a multitude of problems, a centre defender solves one.

centre back, without question - a ball-playing one though, that's vital

I'm happy with Jones-Carrick-Rojo at the back, but that midfield is £#%&!ed without another addition, imo.

Shame the poll isn't public. It'd be interesting to see who the solitary vote for defender was from

Going for a cm, reckon that we will be switching to 433 with blind as a dm, the defenders we have would be more confident in that system and with the additional protection we would be much more solid.

It is absolutely essential that we sign someone with experience who can help the likes of Jones, Smalling and Rojo.

With Carrick, Herrera and now Blind we're ok in midfield. Yes, we'd all love Vidal but the midfield is no where near as poor as our defence.
