You don't go on loan to Sunderland if you've got what it takes to be a United player. Especially after a couple of Seasons where you've been in & around the First Team squad.

I've always liked Welbeck so I don't like saying it, but there's no way he'll be a United player.

If fergie didn't rate him he'd be gone. It's obvious to me that welbeck has a massive chance at united. Fergie could let him sit in the reserves all season but he's not, he's exposing him to regular premiership football. Next season he'll be good for us.
