Class goal from Barca as well, the level is so far away from anything we're capable of, the pass from the rat was just unbelievable

He’s created a decent side irrespective of how he’s done it and there’s an argument that he should be getting more out of them. Regardless, i’d have him in a blink of an eye rather than 2017/18 mou.

Watching The Goals Show on BT Sports, all the journalists who are (probably) worth listening to, minimal bantz save for James Richardson’s natural style. It’s tolerable compared to the Sky Sports house of horrors. This has been a public service broadcast.

Madness isn’t it. He works for owners tighter than ours, at an infinitely smaller club with revenues half of what we get yet somehow manages to get them consistently challenging and outperfom us in the league, yet people give out because he hasn’t won the league with £#%&!ing Spurs.

I think it tends to be overstated how much individual quality Spurs have. Kane and Eriksen are quality but outside of those pair they lack any real high end attacking players, Dembele, Dier, Son, Moura, Ali, Lamela, the majority of those would be no more than squad players at the top clubs.

Yup, the consensus is we have two-three top players, despite spending about four times more than them so he is already doing more with less. People can question if he will become a top manager but he fits the profile of what we need and still has a point to prove which will make a welcome change from managers who think they're doing us a favour.

I think Spurs have massively over-performed in comparison to the teams around them. It's easy to sneer at them and take the piss because it's Spurs but they were an absolute joke team for £#%&!ing decades before Pochettino went there and they've had results in the last few years that put us to shame with the shit we've served up.

We've got no business taking the piss out of a team like Spurs who are the absolute polar opposite to this current United side in everything they've done. They've built a team on a modest budget and are consistently out performing teams who've spent loads more than them while playing decent football and playing young english players. That used to be United's forte once upon a time.

If Spurs beat City on monday they go above them. Given City are stratospherically above in investment to Spurs (so are Salford City this season tbf) then it is some food for thought.
