Modern Day United

Glazer family don’t want to hire a manager who challenges them
Therefore top class managers who impose discipline are avoided
Players can largely do what they want and run the dressing room themselves
Club fails to win anything because the players don’t have the mentality.

28 points from 17 matches for a team that has Ronaldo, Sancho, Greenwood, Varane, Cavani and De Gea, THAT'S OUTRAGEOUSLY ATROCIOUS...

I thought ole was a bully who showed favouritism?

And clearly, ole never sold anyone because they were all his friends.

The thing that needs changing is the dressing room dynamic. So whatever is responsible for the collapse in the dressing room this season needs sorting, regardless.

And then have the club not sell any.

Managers can only impose discipline if those above the manager allow it. Don’t know if they’ve learnt their lesson yet, but the commercial department has to have zero influence on footballing matters. So long as the players think they are valued more than the manager is, no manager can assert authority.

It's gonna take a very long time for Ralf's tactical ideas to be absorbed by this bunch
Clearly His 4-2-2-2 isn't creative enough

After how many years of no tactical work under Ole, the players aren't ready to implement Rangnick's high-pressing approach.

Obviously
4-2-2-2 doesn't quite work..... or does ?,
Just not with these players
