If Wayne Rooney is the white Pele, Alan Smith is the albino Maradona.

Alan Smith IS back according to Fergie. He'll play on Saturday.

Can't wait. No, really.

It's going to be a depressing one. Out of the Cup on Saturday, a draw against Valencia tomorrow and then dropped points against Blackburn. Hooray.

This might be interesting. When Smith and Ronaldo last played together, Ronaldo was greedy and would often not play the ball in even though Smith was often in the right place at the right time. Now however, Ronaldo is much better and getting the ball in and may finaly provide Smith with the ammo he craved previously.

If he plays as a striker.

I'll tell you what, no matter how much you think of Smith as a hardworking, determined, physical type of player....

He's a bloody good footballer as well.

Remember when Ruud was missing... He stood in and scored some very good goals.

He's a good player. Better than TSP, O'Shite, K-Richo, etc......
