So its the fans fault for daring to want us to sign just a few players??

"Interesting" take.

The club were buzzing with how well Ighalo ‘trended’ when we signed him one loan and now they’re seeing their arse because they’re getting a backlash because they’re failing to invest.

They deserve nothing more. There’s Twitter reds that literally live for transfers but in all seriousness, it’s proving that the pressure to get top 4 from those at the top was clearly for financial reasons.

They don’t give a £#%&! about what happens on the pitch as long as there is enough money to milk.

Neil Ashton better pull his finger out. The club didn't hire him to look bad on social media

Should have got Haaland, Bellingham and the Madrid left back...

We’re not in a position to turn our nose up at these players because of the structure/discrepancies of the deals.

I suppose that if today was so bad it forces their hand, it could be a blessing in disguise?

The only thing this will force Woody to do is brief the press like he usually does when shit's going down.

I don't fancy us against Brighton either judging by that performance so unless their going to go out and sign 4 players in the next two weeks i daresay this season could be over before it's begun

Sign a player without fully backing the manager, see a slight change in results, repeat.

Sadly it wont force shit. Theyll get one average signing 1.5X the price if they went in for him at the start of the window. Said earlier if ole gets top 4 it would be a big achievement. We finished 3rd by the skin of our teeth and some good luck in nobody really got injured.

Glazers and woodward wont care till next season and we dont make top 4. Can see ole.getting the sack by dec/jan sadly.

Maybe understating Bruno's impact (short term anyway) a bit there pal.

Wouldn't be surprised if the asking prices have gone up after that shit show. It's obvious that we're desperate as £#%&! now.

Wouldnt even blame them, serves us right for endlessly £#%&!ing about.

The point was that it was a reactive signing when we were lacking in more than one area.

File with Mata and Sancho. Just better.

We just keep repeating the same mistakes.

They need to get a proper football brain into the club at a high level, give him his budget and let him work, plan and get players in and out. It’s glaringly obvious that the current incumbents can’t £#%&!ing do it.

That’s clear but we don’t realistically have the money there.

Debt, interest and the Glazers still manage to take their cut.. as well as the impact Covid has had.

Changing management so often has left us with a mismatch of different managers players.
