Nah nothing like this one imo.

We won a few games but didnít have the same fitness or visible style of how we wanted to play as now and thatís what Iím excited about more than the wins. Nothing against Van Gaal as heíd only been with the players a few weeks.

Remember the expectations after that? Beating Madrid infront of 100,000 people in the US and playing nice stuff A positive pre-season doesn't mean much. It's the pre-seasons where everything looks a disaster and bad vibes are leaking out which are more telling. From what we hear United will be far more proactive this season with the help of better fitness preparation which is encouraging.

Scott McTominay's like the fella second from the left (bent down). He might not look that great, but is essential when it comes to the group's harmony.

Greenwood is absolute dynamite. Looks like he could be the best young player we've had since Giggs and Scholes. Gomes looks vv talented too.

I'd just start fully integrating these lads now. They look ready. Play them.

A few blood and bluster performances - tonnes of enthusiasm and cavalier football, followed by burn out and them running out of ideas. Then a good number of good hidings off teams like city.

So basically it will play out just like it did when ole took charge last season.
