It was just Fergie talking shite with Khabib not paying attention to the fact he was being filmed

Fergie's probably a bit embarrassed about how the media are using it as another stick to beat Ole with

Stuff like this and Ronaldo storming down the tunnel will be bigged up by the media to generate interest but has absolutely no impact on whether Ole keeps his job or gets sacked
