I think we’ll be going all out for him next year. If he’s the answer and the one they really want, then it’s worth the wait,

As a day one Rice fan, it’s great to see more and more people clocking that he’s the one. Just need AKers to jump on board completely and then I’ll fully believe that he’s coming here.

Already said I think he’s the one Ole wants Nedders and I can see him doing a job here. Anyone would be better than Fred if we’re honest and I’m sure Rice will improve by playing with Mctommers week in and week out, still have my doubts but as dunk mentioned there just aren’t any quality DM’s about.

I’d rather have Phil Jones and Lindelof in there.

He’s mediocre. He’s found a team and a manager that squeezes the absolute best out of him, and even that has turned out to be nothing more than someone who is neat and tidy on the ball and has a good influence on the team.

In the PERFECT circumstances, he’s decent. That’s it.

You see his level for England and it’s pretty woeful. The double footballer of the year can’t get a game ahead of Kalvin Phillips ffs.

His stock has been mythologised because he was captain for when his club finally won the league, but he wouldn’t be in their top five players in terms of influence.

He was there during that woeful run last season and he was missing at the end when they won 7 of their last 8.

And he has a belmy underbite. £#%&! him. I can’t stand him.

Surely at some stage, even through accident or injury McTom and Maradonney have to be paired up

Henderson would improve our midfield immensely.
