George Harrison said it all those years ago.

Utter tripe. (Him, not you)

I honestly believed he couldn't fail with the set up and players.....

He's in a mess though ...

Even the success stories at Chelsea end up being failures. I know they’re under new ownership but I can’t see them being any different to the old lot.

The dressing room runs things there.

The dressing room used to run things when Terry and Lampard were there. Not anymore. They're just not very good...

Still have a lot of big time Charlies, Potter won't do the business there. @#%&! of a club, he should have known that, gone to a club like Villa or stayed where he was.

Why? It’s a win win for him. The sack from Chelsea is hardly going to diminish the reputation he had. Every manager gets the sack at Chelsea.

In the meanwhile he will get a payout of millions whilst having Chelsea on his CV.

He’s practically guaranteed himself a managers job in the prem for the rest of his life. Unless he relegates 2-3 different teams of course. But he’s now able to be put on the managerial merry go round that you find happens

Yeah, few will hold being sacked at Chelsea against him - which is just as well, given that it is now almost inevitable.

The squad looks a bit of a mess and some old players in there.

He has never been tested nor achieved anything at this level. His first window or two if he lasts the summer should get him to bring his own players in.

Anyway, £#%&! him and £#%&! Chelsea. Long may their demise continue. £#%&! fans, who were screaming and shouting at varane when he was walking off injured .

They've loaded the books with a bunch of players whose careers and ambitions are to all intents and purposes over. That set do not, nor would they ever, respect him. Sometimes it really is as simple as that.

It’s peak Chelsea. Wouldn’t be surprised to see Ronaldo there in January.

They look like they're reverting to the club they were before that thieving corrupt @#%&! bought them success.

I’ll advised career move but he’ll be laughing all the way to the bank

I suppose any future employer will be aware of the Chavs history

Dropped points in 10 of his 18 games in charge.

Abramovich would have had him fall out of a window by now.

They look shocking. He won’t be afforded the time he had at Brighton.

Imagine if we’d actually gone for him instead of Erik, as a few on here wanted
