Default The 1994 double winning team

Still my favourite United side ever. I think they deserve their own thread. Great squad, great team spirit. We've never bettered this lot imho.

£#%&!ing loved that team... My favourite. Just rolled over everyone... In the year 1993 we scored 100 goals and got 100 points or something daft like that..!

hardly...just think its a bit strange..... slagging off, the greatest manager we're ever likely to have, on a regular basis ....and then celebrating one of his best teams

id think youre coming across as the bigger @#%&!....

My favourite team too. You can keep your tedious passing teams to death shite, every time this lot got the ball they wanted to score. Breathless attacking football, and a healthy smattering of complete nutcases too.

Cantona ffs. 2-1 down at city and he thinks 'I know, I'll juggle the ball towards their box'.

Best team I've ever seen. We had it all, just a shame Europe never saw the 'real' us. I'm convinced we'd have another couple European cup's.

that clip of schmeichel and cantona sitting in the stand, due to the 4 foreigner rule, in the nou camp still boils my piss

We wouldn't have won the CL then even if we had been able to put our best side out, tbh. Still a great side, though

..........but 1999's was better

Probably agree with you pal, loved Bruce and Pallister, but they were the weak spot in Europe, Bruce's lack of mobility was a real problem imo. The 99 squad was better.

and the team was too one dimensional imo. Very used to play at full pelt end to end game in premier league and would find it difficult to play against continental teams. 99 and 2008 teams much better (2008 also we would have won the treble if not for that @#%&! ref) and probably will go down as some of the best sides of the last 2 decades.
