No. You have missed the target.

If you shoot at the goal, the ball hits the crossbar & bounces over the line = it’s a goal. It’s classed as on target.
It bounces on the line, no goal, off target.
Explain that?

A panel of judges will sit pitchside with score cards. After the result the losing De Gea is euthanised before a new one is produced for the next fixture

I support your proposal. But I would add teams can still lose the shout out if they manage to miss the target.
