After another spell on the treatment table the cunning young Brazilian put in a great performance against potential titles rivals, Chelsea. He is starting again, against Spurs, which is on now. As I don't get to watch much non Utd football, it would be great to hear Fabz gets on, in this and other games he plays in.

Not so great going forward but he's a much more accomplished defender than Rafael. Be a great addtion as a left back next season.

You have to think Butters will be third choice next year if he's not sold. A stop gap signing to allow Fabio get a run of games elsewhere hopefully.

If Fabio comes back Smalling need never be used at RB again

I would love to see a day when Rafael and Fabio are our regular, first-choice full-backs.

Rafeal has the makings of a future United captain, and he's already captained us to one trophy. Just need his bro to hit the same level.

The twins and De Gea could make up 3 of our back 5 for the next decade. Smallingbauer, Jones and Evans battling for the centre-back spots. Fergie's successor will inherit a quality group.

He's not exactly old
If we get 5 more seasons from him, he'll still be a few more years pre-retirement. With such assound young defence all that needs to be done is to cherry pick the odd flashy winger, central midfielder and goal master, and we will be laughing.

I haven't seen much of QPR this season (mostly because they depress me) but that I imagine was Fabio's best game. Poor guy, having to put up with that shower. I'd like to see him come back next season and play more.
