Would you sanction a bid for Messi for 150 million pounds ?

Completely hypothetical, but pretend your David Gill and you get a call from Messi's agent saying he wants to leave Barca, and his first choice would be a move to Utd, but it would cost us 150 Great British Pounds to buy him. The Glazer's would sanction the move, but it would take up the entire transfer budget for the next two years (even if we were to sell a couple of players).

Would you buy him ?
