Not really the point is it? To me a caretaker manager is someone who comes in and steadies the ship. I doubt his tactics are revolutionary but I am sure he'll give freedom to the players that need it.

He'll bring a feelgood factor back. He's loved and respected by everyone.

The 'shitter' the appointment, the more convinced I am we actually have a plan to get who we really want in the summer

We're shit now anyway. Might as well be shit with Ole in charge

Oh we've a plan all right. Whether it actually happens is another thing.

95% convinced it's Pochettino.

It's desperately desperately needed.

It's win/win at the moment. You come in and do well, improving on an extremely low bar, win. If you come in and do poorly, it was an irretrievable situation, win.

Ideally they can convince Jardim, but that’s very doubtful.
No way Jardim turns us down, even on a six-month deal. The lad has been fielding Middle East offers ffs.

But for me someone with an non-negotiable proactive style of play is a must. If we can't get Poch it might have to be a gamble on an emerging boss.

100%

I think we can get Poch.

He must feel this Tottenham side can't go much further than this. They're punching above their weight and constantly balancing the books.

He would cost a fortune but who gives a £#%&!.

The club won't care about the money.

We could finish 7th and a million points behind City but we'd dominate social media next summer if Poch arrives

As much as I am behind the appointment it does seem like a safety blanket for Pogba.
