You change the manager and the whole shit show resets. There is no middle to the team, not even one that could be cobbled together. At least 5 years.

Conte is a thunder@#%&! and shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the role.

Anyone wanting Conte is a £#%&!ing moron.

It’s just a lot harder playing against home advantage which is effectively nullified in empty stadia.

this is all on the manager.

despite our squad shortcomings this team should be playing better than it is.

Leicester were missing 2 of their best players and still beat us comfortably and looked better than us. Just like Everton looked better than us.

If so many teams with inferior players look better than us than who is to blame? Pogba?

They didn't look forward to playing us for most of last season, that's what makes the reversion to the norm so difficult to take.

fought his corner many times and argued with numerous fellow reds in his defence but now i feel he's taken us as far as he can go.

thanks for the squad ole, but now is the time to bow out gracefully.

You’ve gotta laugh at that defending today. How much is our defence worth again? £#%&!ing schoolboy stuff.

Honestly, do we do any coaching at all?

That was his Jose/Seville moment.

Really don’t know what to make of the upcoming games - we needed to at minimum avoid defeat here.

Ronaldo must be starting to wonder if this is for him too.

What are you talking about? We were shit for most of last season.

Spurs put 6 past us at OT, cl group stage exit, countless defeats at OT, awful football all crowned with a 0-0 loss in the europa league final vs Villarreal....

Those of us who didnt have our head in the sand were unhappy for a reason.

Best set of players we’ve had for years. And literally no £#%&!ing idea what I’ve just watched. Says a lot we lost 4 and the keeper was the best player.

It was as bad as i've seen from a club in the premier league since we walloped Southampton last season.

And it's been coming. Every team we've played this season could have tucked in half a dozen goals if they were any good at finishing. We give up chances so easily.

They don't know what they're doing out there. Any of them. It's all "do as you like lads". And as it turns out, most of them don't want to defend. Or tackle. Or close down. You know the dirty unglamorous stuff.

We've turned into Arsenal, only without the occasional nice bit of football thrown in.

Yes, at the very start of the season after which we went on a terrific run and were the best we have been to watch since SAF bowed out. Dipped towards the end due to injuries and fatigue, and sadly it really does look like bottling the Europa has utterly £#%&!ed us.

But don't try to tell me we were playing no better last campaign than now, that is simply taking revisionism too far.

Yep.

Van Gaal and Mourinho didn’t have anywhere near the quality of squad Ole has or were they backed like he was. Yes the midfield options are poor, but that shouldn’t mean we look completely lost in how we want to play and get turned over so easily.

Best player in the world, one of the best CB’s in the world and one of the best young talents in European football have all been added this summer and that’s the football he serves up

£#%&! all the excuses, this isn’t good enough.

He’ll no doubt have realised by now he’s further away from either of them than at any point in his career.
