I feel sorry for you if that's how you feel. depends on the match. If you only go to a couple a year and it's against west brom (especially last season ) then yeah it's gonna be stale. but I can't remember the last dud I went to tbh

I would say its largely a complete waste of time.

When you look at it sensibly, what are you actually doing? Spending a large part of your income, or in some cases exceeding your actual income, on watching a bunch of insanely overpaid millionaire primadonnas kick a leather ball around a neatly mowed turf of grass.

Do the people who actually truly benefit from the modern-day commercialised game give a rat's #@&%! about the people that put so much of their hard-earned money into it? With the way you've been £#%&!ed over by the club you've given so much to I'd say they couldn't give two £#%&!s as long as they see your cash.

When you look at the situation logically its all a futile exercise. But who says people live their lives logically? I despise 99% of everything connected with football, from the clubs, to the fans, to the players, to the owners, to the businesses attached to it, and the suits that attempt to run it. However, that doesn't lead me to contemplate turning my back on United, not even for a second; I can't do it, so I would say in answer to your original question - No.

Ouch. Sparky isn't getting up from that

Sounds a shit situation tbf mate, and it is £#%&!ing shit the way proper reds like yourself have been more and more marginalised by the @#%&!s who run the club over the last yen years or so.

Like Borsuk says, you've got to take it further, don't let some #@&%! who feels nothing for United ruin it all for you. A letter or e-mail explaining the situation is the way to go, and if that gets you nowhere then try threatening to take the story to the press. The MEN would love something like this, and the club would certainly not want the bad PR that would come from a piece showing how they've shitted on a disabled, lifelong red and her dedicated son.

Don't mean this in a patronising way, but maybe get someone used to these things to help you with drafting the letter, sure there will be plenty on here to volunteer if you haven't got anyone handy.

Good luck.

Right up until that last paragraph, I was about to say "but that's looking at it logically..."

That was/is the issue with the glazers. Attempting to apply logic to a situation which, as a fan, isn't logical. We (as fans) presume it's 'our' club because of the financial and emotional investment. Unfortunately, that's far from the case. You don't really get back what you put in all the time
