loved that game.. had it on the spectrum.. the only thing that annoyed me was the pictures on the cover was from the amiga version, spectrum version was nothing like the amiga one

What a very wet day it was, could not see the pitch for ages after the flares were lit, it looked ace.
First half on the second tier, pissed wet through, second half went down to the first tier, near the corner flag just near where Les went mad at the end of the game.

Ready to be corrected, but IIRC that (90/91) season was the only time ciddy have finished above us in the SAF era.

Cantona won the French cup the year before with Montpellier, in fact I think he might possibly even have still been at the club then but suspended.

Edit: no, he was at Marseille by then.

I remember Hughes getting Pascal Baills (I think) sent off in the above match with some Busquets-style play-acting.

I think he may have been back at Marseille by then. He could have played for them in the 1991 European Cup final, but wasn't picked.
