Brooks and Wan Bissaka would be top signings on paper.

Not sure about Longstaff tbh, haven’t really seen much of him.

Vestergaard from So'ton and Zapata from Atalanta, bish bash bosh

Most expensive would be Wan-Bissaka 'cos of the media tax, they've been on about him for a while, you're looking at a good £40m there (maybe £50m with Lukaku)
