He certainly looked the real deal for a brief period, which makes it all the more mind boggling.

For someone called "Luke Shaw", he certainly doesn't "Look Sure" of himself.

Or Luke Afterhimself.

Imagine thinking this guy could be the best LB in the world. Never in a million years.

On top of his shit attitude and shit dieting, he can't cross for shit. Never scored a goal in his life. Doesn't overlap, isn't particularly fast.

He might have a future as a CB as he's a bit stocky and tough in the tackle... but thats about it. He'll be lucky if he ends up as good as somebody like Danny Rose, let alone become the best LB in the £#%&!ing world lol. Laughable.

Until he broke his leg.

Which is horrible for any player, but the ones with a good mentality are more likely to successfully come back from it.

Be it impress Mourinho or impress another club.
Even back then he was getting stick for being a chubster. It's just his body type and it's definitely a bit harder for him than others.

In a couple of years he'll either be tearing it up somewhere else or in semi-retirement.
