Last week, we were away to the best team in the country having not played a meaningful game for FOUR WEEKS.

I know you think that is making excuses, but if anything I'm shocked that so many were shocked by it tbh.

Excellent win in the circumstances, yes - and next weekend's game won't be any easier.

Good win. Looked a semi competent team at times.

Played well that handball was a £#%&!ing disgrace. See the experts wrote of man of the Casemiro. Don’t change.

Given our craven history against such tactics is it any wonder?

Thought casemiro was excellent apart from a couple of incidents. His range of passing is top notch. That has to be the end of the The Scottish Player experiment now.

Don’t want to alarm anyone but parts of that first half were enjoyable. We were extremely poor in the final third throughout, sloppiness, bad decisions and bad passes robbed of another couple of goals. Everton were utterly horrific.

Yeah we've had a real easy start to the season haven't we. Played every single form team in the league pretty much. Brighton (having a great season so far), Arsenal, City, Liverpool (never easy), Newcastle next who've scored 9 goals in the last two games.

Lampard is looking a bit thin up top. Needs to shave it all off

In fairness, I think it was more of an issue than I initially
thought tbf. I still think we lose and it was no excuse, but we looked similarly off it on Thursday and considerably better tonight. We were playing well and it was the last thing we needed.

Brentford away is a ballache too. Newcastle next week, then spurs. Tough games every week. We’re dealing with it well. 15 points from 24 is a decent return from these fixtures and the obvious blow of losing our Queen.
