Default Ralf predicts a revolution in the summer

Astonishing stuff in the post match from the interim boss. If anyone will know surely Ralf will given he is going into consulting from the summer on.

Is 10 players in and 10 or more out what is needed to clean up this mess? Or should we go about it more carefully and let ETH have time to assess things for himself?

I'm not shocked most want to rip this up completely.

no point in looking at 10 players or 2 or 5 until you have a clear plan and structure

how are they going to play - what are the objectives? (top 4 is the objective for next season and a cup....)

then who are the staff who are going to get the players to perform, because for the first time tonight I've heard a coach at United talking about a lack of athleticism and fitness.... in the words of Keane, that's your basics.

this is not going to be fixed with a few marquee signings the club is rotten to the foundations

Surely he meant ten players overall, not this summer.

Rip it up and start again

No need for a bloated squad, the likes of Garner, Laird, Hannibal, Menghi, Shola, Arg/ESP lad, Spanish left back can be used as squad filler and get games off the bench/cups etc.

Stop signing so called ‘Galacticos’ and players that big clubs want off their books.

Start by making us hard to beat, sort the defence and midfield out and look for an up and coming CF to rotate with Ronaldo for next season (David, Benfica lad, Isak etc).

Upgrade the keeper in the next couple of window. Thanks Dave but we need a more progressive type of GK.

None of this will happen though and I would not put it past the club to give Pogba a new contract.

Keane spoke about players phoning it in who are out of contract - I reckon a few even with contracts still to run will want out.... DDG, even Bruno.... then add in the mix people who do need £#%&!ing off....

united have too much grunt in the football financial world, even after tonight the transient fan base will fill OT - the world is round, we will come back, like liverpool did (and we laughed when people said they would).... it's just the time frames involved now.

How does he know? He won't £#%&!ing be here for £#%&!'s sake.

There's more chance of me growing to 6ft 4 overnight than us signing 7 or 8 players in one window.

All sounds great up until the point Ten Hag sees the Glazer war chest.

Hope you’re right… just feels very far away now. The club is so rotten.

weird we need one, thought Ole left us with a great foundation

but seriously, i'm glad to hear him say, hopefully that means the club actually follows through on that just because they want to be publicly embarrassed.

the reason we are in the mess we are, is the reason we will survive, paradoxically

we are focussed on the money and the product - so we go after the sponsorships and the Insta likes

that's taken our eye off ball and performances have stalled dramatically, but the money keeps rolling in as Souness pointed out... that will sustain us for a while and when it does look rocky, they will invest to pull out of any impending nose dive. it's precarious, but it's the way football is run now.

we're running a Real Madrid type of model - they looked to be £#%&!ed a few years ago and lo and behold money talks and they kick on.

doubt there are ten players of the quality we need available. and we should be buying potential and developing it, anyway. will be years before we can even pass to each other or defend as a team.

also like what Ralf had to say about the medical staff.

the amount of injuries we've had despite never really challenging on all fronts is quite alarming. whatever PED's Pep has his players on we need some of that.

Think that was more about the players than the medical staff and that they are allowed to swan around Dubai/Uruguay, “injured” on full wages and no checks.

£#%&!ing holiday camp

6 out 4 in ?

Glad he's said it on record though .....

Felling confident (for now) we're about to get things going in the right direction.....this is rock bottom for a club of our status...

He says 10 will come pal but in interview with Sky he said it took Liverpool 3 windows to be competitive and 4 or 5 to get where they are now. My bet is that with the players leaving it is obvious over 2 or 3 windows that 10 will come in - but it depends on who
