I think he may well be gone next summer but I think he deserves being the most expensive keeper ever if he does move.

Even worse, those saying "even if he does stay don't play him"

Mind you, Romero soon put paid to that

World class player and seems like a decent lad too. Deserved to play from the start of the season for us but sadly some people got it into their heads that he was already in Madrid.

"Everyone put LvG as manager, which is incorrect.
LvG is a half decent manager, half human, OK? And Bunks went, "Oh, everyone ignore Saffers," but I said, "No, everyone does not!
I had to go home to get a book to prove it.
They went, "Oh, yeah, you're right. He's a crap manager
Well done. You've won. Sorry".
No apologies necessary.
Let's get on with the forum."

True, but he was only round his mam's house dropping off his washing and having his tea.

It's scary to think, just how many more goals we would gave conceded if big Dave wasn't in the net and Romero was instead.

It isn't just his saves, it drains the opposition, frustrates them, whereas a blunder by Romero, galvanises them, into attacking and shooting more.

Equal best goaly in the world, without a doubt.
