Chelsea 1 up at West Ham. Lovely goal. Hernandez to Joao Felix.

SURELY Chelsea will improve with what they’ve bought.

Yeah. Playing right into their hands, but Chelsea look a lot more at it. Amazing what £300m will do, I suppose.

Be delighted to see somebody other than united waste 120m on him this summer.

I get what he does, he’s just not especially impressive at it. We can do better for cheaper. For £120m, I want special.

Yea, he’s probably a decent player but not north of 65 million

He’s a holding midfielder too. You can only get so excited about that.

With the numbers bandied about I’d expect a decent passing range.

And then Townsend saying there wasn't much in it.

Howard Webb has £#%&!ed var to a point where it’s worse than before .

Pushing the “ on field decisions” however it’s gone so far they’re reluctant to even change the obvious ones.

Genuinely think it’s worse than before. How on earth can that not be given a handball?

Ah we £#%&! them it’s Chelsea. Which they called out the poor VAR decisions a bit more

They don’t give it because his arm is in a ‘natural position’ and breaking his fall. Yes. From diving. To block the ball. With his arm.

If you throw your body in front of the ball to block it and your arm/hands blocks it, it should be a handball every time. Who cares how ‘natural’ his arm position is ffs.

So many of these changes to laws focus on the micro instead of the macro.

It’s currently 2-1 to Leicester against Spurs, in case anyone didn’t want to entertain the nonsense above.
