Sounds Promising
Fingers crossed… it’s clear to see that Ewar Woowoo wanted to get his hands dirty when he didn’t have a £#%&!ing clue.

Wouldn't be surprised if The Life Of Brian is actually the Twitter account of Arnold's PA.

Pogba, Cavani, Lingard & Mata all leaving on a free.

We'll be lucky to move on players like Jones, Bailly, AWB, Martial, Pereira, Tuanzabe and Chong, never mind getting a wedge of cash for them.

No Champions League money next season.
Pressure to make improvements to the club infrastructure.
A constant need to line the pockets of the @#%&!s in charge.

Then you have players like Maguire, Lindelof, Telles, Dalot, Fred, Matic who aren't really good enough to play for us anymore. And that's a list that is very kind to Rashford, The Scottish Player, Elanga, Shaw and De Gea.

Free signings being a priority shouldn't be a surprise really.

Ten Hag better be a god tier manager because after writing that out I feel clinically depressed.

Matic is gone after Palace away.

Hope this helps.

Nothing wrong with a few free signings as long as they're the right ones.

Not many would have grumbled if we'd have got Rudiger and Ericsson this summer (amongst 3 or 4 other signings)

To be fair some good players are available on a free. Can finally get Longstaff and bring Adnan back.

There are some good players available on a free. But are they the players we need?

It’s all very well saying “he’s decent, would improve us” etc, but we’ve seen time and time again the problem with signing players and not properly considering how they’re going to fit into the team and the club.

If we’re limiting ourselves to free transfers then it’s something that could very easily happen again.

Looking for free transfers =/= not looking to spend money

We know we can’t outspend the likes of City but even so if we’re looking to make big changes across the whole squad, then keeping our options as open as possible is probably the wisest thing to do. 2-3 signings we pay for, a couple on a free. It could work but isn’t this all still speculation at this point anyway?

Hoping football people will make football decisions, after years of a banker making football decisions, whilst brown nosing his paymasters. That is the main reason for previous poor decisions.
