Struggling like £#%&! now, have all 15 been proper managers or is there a trick one where they only took charge for 5 minutes while the manager was having a shit.

Im just thinking has Phelan been in charge for a game while Fergie's been pissing about at a wedding or something.

Clarence Hilditch, 1926-1927.

Clarrie Hilditch gave Manchester United loyal and devoted service over 16 years. When John Chapman was suspended by the FA, and subsequently sacked by United, Hilditch stepped into the breach as Player-Manager, the only such appointment in the club’s history. During his short spell in charge he was reluctant to select himself, and United slipped. When Herbert Bamlett was appointed in April 1927, Hilditch made himself available for selection by the new Manager, and continued to serve the club as a player until his retirement in 1932.

He never managed anyway.
You talking about Stiles? He managed from 85 to Feb 86 and was sacked. They were relegated that season.

Carey is the one I forgot when I was doing this myself. £#%&! cant believe that. He should replace Hilditch, but I like that one on there. Change it to 16
