Goal difference now ahead of both arsenal and Chelsea

Can anyone post the league table when he was sacked?

We've made up 22 goals on Chelsea

It's been a remarkable turnaround.

It looks almost better on paper. Ridiculous impact from the little chipmunk.

Ole’s style is very much how united have played for aslong as I can remember. But is it an outdated style that will ultimately be unsuccessful against teams like city etc?
Fergie did lots of counter-attacking football, shurely?

He's saying possession football is the antithesis and then what we're renowned for is in the brackets.

Mad to think of all the big players that played under Fergie, that The Baby Faced Assassin would be the one that mirrors him the most as a manager... Never in a million years ( as much as I loved him ) did I think that Ole was the natural successor to The Greatest..... The £#%&!er is like the second coming....

I reckon Fergie chose the timing of Ole taking over, a few eminently winnable games to get them in the groove. A touch of genius imo.

Remember when Robson was being tipped as a future United manager. Around the time he joined Terry Venables backroom team for England (and expected to take over from him). Mad to think by the time Fergie left Robbo was out of top level management almost a decade.
