I sometimes look back on code I wrote years ago and marvel and have no idea what it does.
This. Iím working a little web app for someone here (Iím not a programmer or web developer BTW), and after shelving the project for 2 weeks as there was a more urgent job to do, I went back to it.
Could I fuck remember how I got it working and what the code did. Iím lazy, so I never write comments in my code but I have started doing so now.

When you go to the interview, they wonít expect you to know how to do stuff off by heart. Just what the basic concepts are & if they want you to actually produce something, then help files & Google will be your friend.

decent tactic if you are in trouble/make a mistake:

"I'm mainly been using google sheets recently. I'll have to get used to excel again"

also

"Is it just me or is it very hot in here?" *clutches chest, tumbles to floor*

Cheeky vbet?

Got five days. Only presuming excel work is one aspect of a more general test .... Just need to show glimpses and should be fine

Did fuck a psych test up recently on the maths module clicking answers without reading the question as the clock ran out must have been thinking total score rather than accuracy what they really wanted . Three hrs of my life up in smoke with five clicks

Donít start on pivot tables... I donít know where to begin with those fuckers. Iíve got to 44 without knowing what benefits they offer so they canít be all that.
