Surely even the blindest man can see we're better when he's in the team.

He's easily good enough for the level the team is at. It's still questionable whether he can perform at the level we want to be at. I can't help but think a real coach like Pochettino could possibly get him to that level like he has with Son.

Would certainly keep him but would also like to see a much improved version of his best qualities brought in.

some absolute busy body who can pull the oppo aots.
He’s definitely one of those guys who will be appreciated by his teammates. Very selfless and you can give him the ball and he will look after it. For me he occupies the spot that I’d ideally want to go to a world class playmaker type, but there’s a reason the last few managers have always valued him.

We’re Man Utd; we shouldn’t be settling for nothing players just because they came through the ranks and run about a lot. His goal/assist contribution is woeful, he’s technically meh and he’s not a kid anymore.

We can and should be aiming for much better players than Lingard.

If he’s good enough for ole, he’s good enough for me. And out of our current squad, I do think he’s the best option alongside martial and rashford. Whether he remains the best option is up to Sanchez.

There’s at least 4 players who need replacing before him in the first team and he is a good squad player to have. If we get enough money in the summer I’m sure we’ll be adding to the attack, and hopefully the right side. But defence is the priority.

So what, what has that got to do with what he does on the pitch?
Just like Giggs slamming his sister in law, I don't give a shit as long as they play well and put the effort in on the pitch
