Default Mourinho to PSG

Seems possible if not quite probable yet. I think he'd deliver a champions league. Conceding two goals in 105 seconds wouldn't happen under his watch. Messi will be fuming though.

Odd that he’s still sought after considering how bad of a manager he is. He’d be ideal for them too.

I think someone like Zidane would be better at managing the egos there. Could you imagine Neymar under Mourinho? Reckon it would end in genuine bloodshed.

Probably what the club needs. A blood letting purge.

The fans would detest him and his football

Says a lot about the current state of the game manager wise that PSG’s options to replace Poch are Zidane and Mourinho. Absolutely £#%&! all about. Delighted we got ETH

Not a chance. But hope it happens.

Seems far more likely mourinho is leveraging having won the conference cup to try and get a payrise from Roma. .

If he was sought after, his last two clubs wouldn’t have been tottenham and Roma. And he wouldn’t have given the slightest consideration to joining either of them prior to 2015. I suspect his wages at both clubs are vastly lower than at any of his previous clubs. No wonder he’d love psg to come in for him. Probably Newcastle too. The only two mega rich clubs left open to him.

How about Everton and Napoli? Southampton/Spurs?

Like a higher division Bruce, Allardyce or Hughes. Inexplicably hired, gets fired within a couple of years and pick up a new gig as if the taint don’t stink.

You mean the team who just comfortably finished higher than us and the current UEFA Europa Conference League Champions?

If he wins the big one they wont. It's not like they're a famously free flowing football side that's defined eras. They are 50 years old and were an irrelevance until the last few years.

Reckon he’ll eventually win the CL for them tbh.

He will win the CL for them before Fraudiola does for Citeh.

The tears on this forum once this gets confirmed.

Well deserved for big Mou Mou after proving he can still deliver the big cups provided the team is humble and listens to him.

Last two clubs that Ancelotti managed and last two clubs of Poch managed. One is current manager of the european champions and the other is current psg manager.

Reality undermines the point you were trying to make.

He's usually in an alternate reality to the rest of us, so I wouldn't bank on it

Pochettino was a manager on an upwards trajectory. Ancelotti was on a downwards trajectory, but clearly has a prior good relationship with the madrid President which got him the job. Not sure what either has to do with mourinho’s general trajectory in recent years. Do you think he’d have chosen to manage Roma or tottenham a decade ago, and do you think he’s on a wage even close to what he was on at the likes of madrid, inter, Chelsea and united? He’s on 2nd tier clubs for a reason, and it isn’t by choice.
