Don’t know if it’s praise but he is infinitely better than what followed him, we’ve moved on from the value era to the marquee/pay well over the odds for a complete £#%&!er era. In Gill’s defence the club’s finances were much more precarious, if he was in charge now I suspect we’d have a better structure in place.

Am fine with 10th and 14th

It's about what's good for the club long term. Not great for glory hunters but if they scidaddle then it's even better.

It's no worse than finishing 6th, which is what we would've done under Mourinho...

We concede a lot of goals because we rely too much on our shit defence.

Surrendering possession, inviting pressure.

Maybe if we actually attacked and tried to have more than 40% of the ball, relied on our wealth of attacking options.... Maybe our shit defence wouldn't have to do as much defending.

Klopp might be a #@&%!head but he got that one right -- his team goes for the throat from the kick-off so nobody seems to notice they've got turkeys like Lovren or Matip (I was about to write Matic..) playing in defence

Yep.

And then he steadily improved it. Now they're pretty tight. But it's still mainly because they're always £#%&!ing attacking.

What if we’ve lined up Poch for the summoh, but in the meantime Ole and his team get top 4 and do ok in CL etc playing Rashers and Martial up top with goals flooding in?

We’re shite and going nowhere. We’ve been humiliated by both our biggest rivals this season.

If the next 5 months are more of the same then what’s the difference? Other than the fact we can have some hope that the club are finally trying to get the house in order next summer.

Basically, Marlo £#%&!s kids.

Dom McGuiness made a very good point earlier.

If () we finish in the top four or Ole does the impossible and wins the Champions League (), they're not gonna say to him: "Thanks for the Champions League Ole, now back to Norwegian football you go..."

Never thought of it like that tbf.

Poch will be making a voodoo doll, nqat.

Neither of those will happen.

I think he'll have a similar impact as Giggs did. Moderate record, but gave the club a much needed boost by lifting the gloom and giving to fans something to connect to.

I expect we'll play with a bit more confidence and if we can get a talented group of players upping it by 10% then that will produce slme better football and results.

However, there's still slme fundamental issues with the squad that can't be papered over.

It'll be interesting to see what happens if any honeymoon period wears off.

if Phil Jones scores 7 hat tricks in a row, what are we going to do? are we really going to drop him for lukaku?
