If the keep up the cameos like they have in pre season, it'll be a matter of time until they're replacing some of the senior players.... because we arent going anywhere by picking the same shit that has proven inadequate again and again.

Even if these kids do flourish, they still need some pedigree around them.

Even the class of 92 gamble in 1995 had the likes of Schmeichel, Bruce, Irwin, Pallister, Cantona around them.

We're so cheap.

Watching us parade around, leaking shit to the press, to ultimate end up with next to £#%&! all every single window is embarrassing.

Every £#%&!ing window.
Yep. I'm not sure what Ole's expecting, a lot of these players have cost better managers than him his job. He's kidding himself, and anyone else at the club too for that matter, if he thinks he can work with Pogba this season. Downed tools in the past, can see it happening again as soon as pressure starts to increase. Couple of defeats and the stories will leak out. After Wolves...

Just daft not strengthening the midfield and getting rid of those who want out early in the window. But what will the sponsors say?

All done early too.

Lead us in to thinking 'hey, we might mean business this summer'.... then that's it.

With sales, around £50m each of the last two summers.

Aston Villa have spent twice that this summer.

Our squad needs serious work and the owners simply dont care enough and Woodward isn't competent enough to sort it.

Ole is on to hiding to nothing. I can take seeing it happen to a #@&%! like Mourinho, but Ole cares about the club and deserves better.

We will continue to float around 4th to 7th until the owners go. There may be fleeting moments of joy in between. Cant wait.

Averaged out over their ownership, prior to this summer, transfer expenditure is £50m-ish a season, nett..

If the deal with Juventus will be called off, Inter will try again for Romelu Lukaku with a new bid. Inter today had new contacts with ‘Big Rom’ agent but Juventus are still interested ⚫️🔵
- If the deal will be called off, also Mario Mandzukic deal between Juve and Man Utd would be ‘difficult to complete’ ✋🏻

I only caught about 20 mins of the community shield but it was so painfully obvious these two are playing a completely different game to us now.

The pair of them will absolutely run away with it again and we'll be lucky if we aren't leap frogged by the likes of Leicester and Wolves.

So Inter wont bid for him if he completes a move to another club?

Really got your finger on the pulse there, Fabrizio.

the glazers.

but we did buy three expensive players.

so... maybe we should sell lukaku, not swap him... then we can buy the midfielders we actually need.

Selling this fat @#%&! is not the pressing issue here. We have a month to sort a deal with Inter.

It is, I’m not sure we’ll be spending any more money until we know he’s gone.

We’ll sell him and use the money to balance the books.

Maguire will be our last transfer imo.

Two decent midfield signings for Spurs then.

Would've been nice.
