Problem is those who at other companies making decisions about sponsorships with united are probably like Ed. They have no idea about football nor do they care, they just look at the various figures that are relevant to their business in terms of exposure, and those probably haven’t changed much.
Think woodward has said in the past that united is a story, and it doesn’t matter if it’s good or bad, so long as the people and media are talking about us.
