The same bloke that is going to take over Bolton was disqualified by the FA for dishonesty and deception as well as a previous bankruptcy. Got no time for Bolton or anyone living there but its a disgrace that they are being allowed to go from the current mess to an inevitably future one.

joking aside, it's sad that inept owners can be allowed to drive clubs with hundreds of years of history between them.

Joking aside, it is disgusting if we are being totally honest. Sums up the sickness at the heart of modern football.

"It is difficult to imagine fans of England’s more successful clubs getting quite as hands-on in the face of extreme adversity as those of their poorer relations. A prospective partnership with an official Global Mattress and Pillow Partner falls through? Tumbleweed, there’ll be another one along soon"

Can see why it is hard for Barry Glendenning to imagine considering he started following football in 2008 because some Irish people bought Sunderland but at England's most successful club the fans managed to get pretty hands-on

There really is no limit to the extent fans of smaller clubs will pat themselves on the back at every single opportunity.

Of course it's disgusting.

Failure on pretty much every level, especially if nothing materialises. I remember when Dortmund were in huge trouble, Bayern helped them out. Something to do with having a soul and sense of community. Try playing this sport on your own and see how much fun it is.
