I'm glad he isn't the number nine. He's better having a bit more freedom.

I think him and Martial (and the rest of the forwards) will grow into a relationship. At the moment it's a bit disjointed but once they know they are trusted they'll blossom.

Martial’s our number nine. Rashford should play off him. Very simple and looks like what Olé is trying to do.

Rubbish.

Actually that's being kind.

Utter brainless £#%&!ing garbage. Again. Wasted free kicks, self indulgent pot shots from stupid distances, complete inability to pass to a team mate and crowned off by missing a pen.

His all round game £#%&!ing stinks.

Agree.

He was shocking today though tbf

When he’s bad he’s absolutely dreadful.

He really needs to gain some consistency, one minute he can look fantastic then the next he literally looks pub level ffs.

I suppose it’s to be expected with young players, but he does seem particularly prone to massive swings

I’d like to see him at Martial up front together, like a proper old fashioned strike partnership.

The trouble I have with that though is they both do seem very selfish in that they’d rather lose the ball doing three step overs and a flick than pass to a team mate.

I like him making runs in behind and running onto the ball rather than coming short looking for it too. That’s what made him so exciting to watch when he broke onto the scene. The last few years he seems to think because he’s pretty fast he can beat any defender and has the skill and control of Cristiano....

Needs to go back to basics a bit imo.

Ah yes the old "when you have no argument, just accuse people of enjoying it" routine.

My only issue with him today is taking freekicks that he doesn't score in training and believing it's going to suddenly go right in a match. Same for all the fk takers today.
